Built in high-voltage power transistor, providing up to 12W of continuous output power in a wide voltage range of AC85-300V. The control chip produced by the cost-effective bipolar manufacturing process, combined with the integrated packaging of high-voltage power tubes, maximizes the overall cost savings of the product. This power controller can operate in typical flyback circuit topologies, forming a simple AC\/DC converter. The startup circuit inside the IC can utilize the amplification effect of the power switch tube itself to complete the startup, greatly reducing the power loss of the startup resistor. When VCC reaches 10V, the chip activates overvoltage protection internally, limiting the rise of output voltage and preventing high output voltage caused by damage to optocouplers or feedback circuits. The IC also provides comprehensive anti overload and anti saturation functions, which can prevent abnormal conditions such as overload, transformer saturation, and output short circuit in real time, improving the reliability of the power supply. The IC also integrates over temperature protection function, which reduces output power or shuts off output in case of system overheating. DIP-8 standard packaging that meets ROHS and other green environmental requirements is now available.
